Wild Woodcraft will be what is known as the ‘controller’ of the personal data you provide to us.

What We Need

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you. This information includes your name, the name of any child taking part in a wild woodcraft activity, address, email address and telephone contact numbers. Doctor contact details and any relevant medical information to keep children safe whilst taking part in activity.

Why We Need It

We need to know basic personal data in order to provide the services you have engaged us to provide. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide with you.

What We Do With It

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed solely by Wild Woodcraft in the UK. No third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide it. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.

How Long we Keep It

Data will be kept for a minimum of six years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained.

Your Child

Your child’s privacy is a major priority for us and we will never take photos or videos of your child without obtaining your signed consent.
